Our customers have the option to enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with IT Choice cc. Not only does the customer benefit on no delivery and no call-out fees but also guaranties himself a higher priority when it comes to our support engineers being on site.

Apart from our normal SLA's we also offer SLA's with time availability. This is very important for customers that have mission critical applications or customers that have to meet deadlines. With a  SLA - TA in place you never have to worry again about delays when it comes to IT-Service.
